Shipping FAQ's

How long does shipping take?

Custom-printed for you here in the USA, most areas of the country receive orders really quickly. Outlying areas that are further away such as the West Coast, Alaska, Hawaii, Maine and others may take a bit longer. Some items in orders may be shipped separately due to their size. See above for estimated shipping times between our shipping options.

Can I track my order?

Yes, your order will be 100% trackable. Sometimes you may have to wait up to 48 hours for tracking to appear in the tracking system.

What do I do if my order hasn't arrived in your estimated timescale?

Well over 99% of the time the USPS gets it right and your package arrives on time and sometimes early. There is a very small percentage that may get routed wrong by the USPS and has to be corrected, resulting in a delay of a few days. If you have a complaint regarding the amount of time the U.S. Postal Service took to deliver your package, please contact the U.S. Postal Service. If you do not see any tracking updates for your order after a few days, please contact us.

What if I have entered the wrong delivery address?

If you entered an incorrect delivery address, please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our very best to fix it up before your order is dispatched. Unfortunately if your order has already been dispatched it may be too late. However, if your order is returned to us, we will happily redeliver it to your correct address. Depending on your location additional delivery fees may apply.

If I'm not home what will happen to my order?

You should receive a card in your mailbox that will detail where you can collect it from.

How long does it take to make my order?

We know you're super excited to get your goodies! That's why our team work incredibly hard to get all orders out the door as soon as possible. Check out our printing times above.

Do you ship to Canada?

Unfortunately, we're currently unable to ship to Canada due to changes in international import and tariff regulations. We're continuing to monitor the situation and hope to resume shipping in the future.

Do you offer express, expedited, or overnight shipping options?

Yes! Our UPS shipping option is the fastest way to receive your order. Most orders are dispatched promptly to help ensure quick delivery.

Why haven't I received my order confirmation or shipping notification?

We understand it can be worrying not to receive your order confirmation or shipping notification. Please check your junk or spam folder, as sometimes these emails end up there. If you still can't find them, feel free to contact our customer service team, they'll be happy to assist you.
